Estonia protects the rights of foreign workers to prevent labour exploitation and human trafficking.
Labor trafficking is a crime where a person is forced to work under unusual conditions by exploiting their vulnerable situation or lack of awareness of their rights.
The Estonian state offers free assistance and counselling to foreign workers to ensure their rights are protected.
